The enforcement of recourse claims for domestic and foreign insurers is another focus of our law firm. We advise and represent various foreign insurers in enforcing their claims in Germany. At the same time, we represent German insurers in enforcing their recourse claims abroad, especially in China. Through our Shanghai office and our cooperation partners, we have also been doing forensic work there for many years.
